Values are means ± SD (n = 5). The results of all the various groups were analyzed using multivariate one-way analysis of variance (MANOVA). Values within each row not sharing a common superscript letter (a, b, c, etc.) are significantly different (p < 0.05) using Duncan’s new multiple-range post hoc test. PC = Positive control, C1, C2 & C3 are 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5 mL/kg/day atherogenic groups, respectively, NgC = Negative Control, while N1 and N2 are 0.5 and 1.0 mL/kg/day normal groups, respectively.
