Effect of fluvoxamine on mRNA expression levels of Notch1, Hes1 and Ki-67 transcription factors. ENSCs were cultured with 0.1, 1, 5, 50, 100 or 500 nM concentrations of fluvoxamine for 5 days. Total RNA was prepared from each culture, cDNA synthesized and subjected to real-time PCR, using specific primers for Hes1, Notch1 or ki-67. GAPDH was used as an internal control. Each experiment included 5 replicates per condition (n = 5). The values are expressed as the mean ± SEM.
