The BESTSEL server (Micsonai et al., 2015) is developed to characterize secondary structure content from CD spectra. It is especially developed for analysis of antiparallel β-sheet folded proteins. Thus, it provides estimates of the percentages of left-(Anti1) and right-twisted (Anti3) as well relaxed (Anti2) antiparallel β-sheets.
