EGCG attenuated the expression of ER stress-induced UPR-related genes. RT-qPCR analysis of UPR-dependent transcription in Hela cells pre-treated with or without 100 μM EGCG for 2 h followed by BFA (a) or TUN (b) treatment for another 6 h. The normalized values were then calibrated against the control value, data represented mean fold change in RNA expression of genes and were shown as means±S.D. for the independent experiments.
