Lymphocyte proliferation activity of crude polysaccharide (CCP-0). Lymphocytes were co-incubated with the indicated samples for 72 h. Cell proliferation was measured using CCK-8 kit. Five μg/mL of lipopolysaccharide from Escherichia coli O127:B8 were used as positive control (PC); medium was used as negative control (NC).
