Notes: Zebrafish embryos were treated with 50 µM of 6d and kojic acid. After homogenation and centrifugation, pellets were prepared and dissolved with 1 N NaOH at 100°C, and absorbances were recodred at 405 nm and compared with synthetic melanin.
