Major colon lipid groups identified in heirarchical cluster analysis to differ by diet or carcinogen treatment of rats. The lipid groups for Experiment A refer to lipodomic analysis of tumor tissues from carcinogen-treated rats and normal tissues from control rats fed either Western fat or fish oils diet. Lipid groups for Experiment B refer to lipodomic analysis of normal tissues from control rats and normal tissues from carcinogen-treated rats.
