Ndff means the soil N derived from fertilizer; 15N (mg kg-1) = TN (mg kg-1) ×15N (%); FNP (%) means the amount of fertilizer-N in one soil layer accounts for the proportion of the total amount of fertilizer-N in the three soil layers, for example, FNP0-5 (%) = Ndff0-5/(Ndff0-5 + Ndff5-15 + Ndff15-20) × 100. Different letters means significant difference at the 0.05 probability level according to Duncan’s multiple comparison test.
