Paw withdrawal responses to mechanical stimuli were evaluated on the SNL (a) and AAV-injected (b) sides and the contralateral sides (n=4). NS-5806, flupirtine or both were administered intraperitoneally 7 days after SNL; the same volume of vehicle was injected as a control.
