The effect of CK on the expression of apoptosis-related proteins in GBM cells. (A) U87MG and (B) U373MG cells were treated with CK (50 and 75 µM) for 24 h and the expression levels of cleaved PARP, cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9, phospho-PI3K, PI3K, phospho-Akt, Akt, phospho-mTOR and mTOR were detected by western blotting. The levels of β-actin were used as an internal control.
