hIL-32α inhibits atherosclerosis in ApoE-/-/hIL-32α-Tg mice. ApoE-/-/hIL-32α-Tg and littermate ApoE-/-/non-Tg control mice were partially ligated and fed a high-fat diet for 2 weeks.
