Tumor suppression mediated by Z-hTRAIL or hTRAIL in mice bearing LS174T (A), COLO205 (B), or HCT116 (C) tumor xenografts. Mice bearing tumor grafts were intravenously injected with 10 mg/kg hTRAIL or an equal molar amount of Z-hTRAIL (indicated by an arrow). Mice in the control group were injected with the same volume of PBS. Tumor growth was monitored by measuring the tumor volume every day. At the end of the experiment, all tumor grafts were removed and weighed.
