JQ1 inhibited ATC invasion and regulated EMT expression. (ai–aiv) JQ1 inhibited tumor cell invasion. Four cell lines treated with vehicle or JQ1 were examined using an in vitro invasion assay as described in the Materials and Methods section. Data were averaged from three independent experiments. (bi–biv) JQ1 altered EMT key regulators. Four cell lines were treated with vehicle or JQ1 (500 nM) for 48 hours. The blots were probed with antibodies against Snail (panel a), Slug (panel b), or TWIST1 (panel c). α-tubulin was used as the loading control.
