Transfectants (TF) were selected using 1 μg/ml puromycin for 10 days, and fluorescence-positive cells were sorted by FACSaria III, as described in Materials and Methods. eYGFP^opt and eYGFPuv^opt nucleotide sequences are available from the DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank nucleotide sequence databases with accession numbers LC217534 (eYGFP^opt) and LC217535 (eYGFPuv^opt), respectively.
