The names of the antigens used in the HI assay are listed in the first column. In the second and third columns + and − are used to indicate if the antigen was used in the first (V1) or second (V2) vaccination. The geometric mean titers prior to vaccination (pre) and after both vaccinations (post) are shown for each antigen for each group (Identical or Differing). The number of titers ≥ 40 is shown as a percentage. The fold-change is the average increase between the pre- and post-vaccination titers.
