The sequences were distributed in 2 TTSuV1b sequence groups (● Chinese, American, and Mexican; ■ German, Spanish, Brazilian, Chinese, and Mexican). TTSuV1a sequences ( Inline graphic American, German, and Canadian) and TTV human sequences ( Inline graphic Italian) are included. The Mexican sequences (● KU891808 and ■ KU891809) belong to the 2 TTSuV1b positive cases described in this work. The length of the branch represents the genetic distance among the sequences.
