NMSE was calculated from voxels in the spinal cord against the fully sampled baseline images (256 phase encodes) and plotted against the number of phase encoding lines used. NMSE was generated from the MWF map, all the T2 weighted echo-images, and the first T2 weighted echo-image. Insets show the first T2-weighted echo-image of each baseline.
