Expression of COUP-TFII in the developing hypothalamus and the RXCre recombinase activity in the hypothalamus. The expression of COUP-TFII protein is detected in neuronal progenitor cells at the ventricular zone of the hypothalamus at E10.5 (A,B), in the hypothalamic region at E12.5 (C,D) and E14.5 (E–H).
