Social interaction depends on the mode of re-socialization. The ratio of time taken to approach a box with a mouse to that taken to approach a box without a mouse was measured. (a) Social interaction of IS and Re-IS mice was reduced compared to that of Ctrl, while Ctrl and Re-SH mice showed a comparable score for social interaction. Re-SH mice showed higher social interaction than IS and Re-IS mice. (b) There were no differences in the distance of locomotion during social interaction test.
