Transduction efficiency of AAVrh.10 mutants in vitro. (A) HeLa or (B) HEK293T cells were either PBS-treated or transduced with 2 × 103 vgs/cell of AAVrh.10-WT or AAVrh.10- mutant vectors. Forty-eight hours later, cells were lysed and the luciferase expression was measured by a Luciferase Reporter Assay kit (Biovision, CA, USA). The data are from three independent experiments. *p < 0.05, when compared to the WT- infected cells.
