Photocatalytic H2 production using Dmb [NiFeSe]–H2ase (50 pmol) in EDTA (pH 6, 0.1 M, 3 mL) with CNx–TiO2 (5 mg) under optimised conditions before and after centrifugation and re-suspension in fresh EDTA buffer solution followed by 1 Sun irradiation (λ > 420 nm). Results are also shown in the presence and absence of redox mediator, methyl viologen (MV2+).
