Rab35(Q67A) expression and histamine stimulation increase Arf6–GTP levels in HUVEC. HUVEC, either left untreated (non-transfected; n.t. (basal)), stimulated with histamine (n.t. (Histamine)), or transfected with Rab35(Q67A)-GFP, were lysed, and cell lysates were subjected to an Arf6 activation assay as described under “Experimental procedures.” The levels of Arf6–GTP were quantified in five independent experiments and are expressed as mean ± S.E.
