Antinociceptive effects of μ‐TRTX‐Df1a. (A) Intraplantar injection of the Na_V1.7 activator OD1 (300 nM) led to rapid development of nocifensive behaviour in mice. This spontaneous pain behaviour, measured by the number of paw licks and flinches, was attenuated in a concentration‐dependent manner by co‐administration of sDf1a‐OH at 1 and 10 μM, and sDf1a‐NH₂ at 10 μM but not at 1 μM. Data are presented as mean ± SEM of n = 5 mice per group treated with Df1a and n = 12 mice in the control group. *P < 0.05.
