Since kf/b((θi+θf)/2)=kf/b,0 and kf,0 for species such as fluorescent and nonfluorescent ATP and GTP is readily available from free rotation experiments (1), from which, by using the other quantities in the table, and according to the present theory kb,0=(kT/hZ)kf,0exp[(ΔG00+Wr)/kT] can be also calculated.
