Figure 5

Correlation analysis of behavioral parameters. Correlation was analyzed using the Spearman rank-order on data obtained from cocaine pre-exposed and cocaine challenged rats. (a) A significant correlation was observed between reward latency and the P3 + P4 combined score (i.e., the disadvantageous choice) in the averse-paired and seeking-paired group. (b) There was only a significant correlation between premature responses and the P3 + P4 combined score in the seeking-isolated group. (c) There was no significant correlation between the perseverative response and P3 + P4 combined score in any group. (d) There was a significant correlation between the correct response latency and omission in all the groups, except the seeking-isolated group.
