The cytochemical localization of H₂O₂ in local (fourth) and systemic (fifth) leaves. The local leaf was pre-treated with 100 μM DPI or distilled water as control. Mechanical wounding was conducted 8 h later. The 12 h after wounding, both the local and systemic leaves were collected for CeCl₃ staining and detected by a transmission electron microscopy.
