Loss of ERG and FLI1 induces the expression of inflammatory and IFN genes in HPMECs. Human pulmonary microvascular ECs (HPMECs) were subjected to siRNA-mediated silencing of FLI1 and/or ERG for 48 hours. Scrambled siRNA (siRNA) was used as a control. Relative mRNA expression was determined by quantitative RT-PCR (n = 3 independent experiments). Data shown as mean (±SD).
