Titrations were performed with DNA sequences shown in Figure 2. Samples were prepared in 5 mM Tris, 200 mM NaCl, pH 7.5. [Ru] = 4 μM, λ_ex = 440 nm. The binding affinity is expressed per binding site and not per DNA sequence.
