ZnO NPs were incubated with PPP and NP pellets were collected and dissolved in loading buffer, then analyzed for coagulation factors using sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) followed by immunoblotting. Each factor was separately subjected to densitometric analysis.
