(A) Heart rate (HR), (B) respiratory rate (RR), (C) skin temperature (Temp), and (D) activity (mean ± SEM) as measured by using telemetry in 6 female dogs during 3 consecutive (Pre, During, and Post) daily (1, 2, and 3) 9-min OFT sessions. Dogs were exposed to thunderstorm noise during the second test phase on day 2. Overall mean heart rates seen in the last 3-min (Post) phase were lower than those seen during the first 3-min (Pre) phase.
