Histological evaluation of livers from male and female C57BL/6 mice orally gavaged with sesame oil vehicle or 30 µg/kg TCDD every 4 days for 28 days. Livers were stained with hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) for general assessment, Oil Red O (ORO) for neutral lipids, F4/80 for macrophages, and Picrosirius Red (PSR) for collagen deposition.
