Total distance (a,e), vertical activity (b,f), time spent in the center of box (c,g), and count of stereotypic activity (d,h) were measured. Pcdh19 hemizygous males showed significantly increased stereotypic counts, whereas Pcdh19 heterozygous females showed significantly increased time spent in the center of the box compared to wild-type counterparts.
