Representative cochlear nucleus (A & B) and PFL (C) degeneration in an Exposed Tinnitus animal. Diffuse degeneration was evident in the dorsal and intermediate acoustic stria as well as in the ventral cochlear nucleus (A. arrow and B. inset) medial to the DCN.
