Dynamic cytokine profile secreted by mesenteric lymph nodes (MLNs) cells upon rTsPmy re-stimulation. MLN cells secreting Th1 cytokines (IFN-γ and IL-2), Th2 cytokines (IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, and IL-10) upon re-stimulated with 1 μg/ml of rTsPmy for 48 h were detected by ELISPOT assays.
