Stereoscopic image of the pregnant uterus stained with PI. Female mice were transcardially perfused with 4% PFA and PI solution, and isolated pregnant uterus was subjected to CUBIC. Three-dimensional images were taken using a light-sheet microscope, and stereoscopic images were reconstructed electronically. Scale bars, 1 mm.
