Rb1 or Rd treatment suppressed LPS-stimulated expression of proinflammatory genes in RAW264.7 cells. Rb1 and Rd were added to RAW264.7 cells at the indicated concentrations 30 min before LPS stimulation delivered at 5 ng/ml for 6 h. Cells were harvested for total RNA extraction and real-time PCR analyses to assess the expression of Ccl2, COX2, ICAM, IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α (n = 4 per group). The data were expressed as the mean ± S.E.M. *Compared to that from vehicle-treated cells without LPS incubation, p < 0.05; ^#compared to that from vehicle-treated cell with LPS stimulation, p < 0.05.
