Inhibition of CBF1 impairs cellular invasion of glioma neurospheres. (A) GBM neurospheres with inhibited CBF1 are significantly less invasive in vitro as shown by representative microscope capturing and quantification of Boyden chamber assays. (B) CBF1 inhibition robustly suppresses the expression of pro-invasive EMT-activator ZEB1 as shown by western blotting.
