Distances were normalized to the phantom’s radius, with (0, 0) at the center of the phantom. ${\left|E_{AM\hat{x}}\right|}_{max}$ and ${\left|E_{AM\hat{y}}\right|}_{max}$ are maximum values of the envelope modulation amplitude along $\hat{x}$ and $\hat{y}$ directions, respectively. $HWH{M}_{\hat{x}}$ and $HWH{M}_{\hat{y}}$ are normalized half width at half maximum along $\hat{x}$ and $\hat{y}$ directions, respectively. Current ratio is the ratio between the current applied by the gray electrode pair and the current applied by the black electrode pair (the scalar sum was set to 2 mA).
