TNF-α aggravates the promotive effect of hMSCs on colon cancer cell proliferation. (a) Conditioned media from hMSCs promotes the proliferation of CRC cell lines. HT29, Lovo, Caco2, and IEC-18 cells were cultured in the CM/TCM collected from hMSCs or serum-free media (NC) for 6 days, then cell proliferation was assessed using the MTT assay.
