DT-13 promoted the mitotic arrest induced by NVB in NSCLC cells. NCI-H460 and A549 cells were treated with 10 μM DT-13 and 0.01 μM NVB for 12 h. (a) Frequency of cells per phase in cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry using PI staining. (b) Percentages of cells in each phase were shown in the histograms, and the data were expressed as mean±S.D. in triplicate using Student’s t-test (two-tailed) to evaluate the statistical discrepancy of G2/M arrest. *P<0.05, **P<0.01.
