DT-13/NVB co-treatment inhibited the expression of FOXM1 and BICD2 at mRNA and protein levels. NCI-H460 and A549 cells were treated with 10 μM DT-13 and 0.01 μM NVB for 12 and 48 h, respectively. The mRNA levels of FOXM1 and BICD2 in NCI-H460 (a) and A549 (b) cells were detected by RT-qPCR analysis, and the data were expressed as mean±S.D. in triplicate using Student’s t-test (two-tailed). *P<0.05, **P<0.01. (c) Protein levels of FOXM1 and BICD2 in NCI-H460 and A549 cells were determined by western blotting analysis, and β-actin was served as the loading control. (d) Nuclear and cytoplasmic expression of FOXM1 at 12 h was detected by western blotting. Lamin B1 and β-actin were served as the loading control in nucleus and cytoplasm, respectively.
