[⁶⁴Cu]Pep-1L showed greater binding to IL13RA2 expressing PDX cells in comparison to its binding to PDX cells blocked with unlabeled Pep-1L at 2 hour, 3 hour and 4 hour incubation periods. This shows IL13RA2 specific cell binding of [⁶⁴Cu]Pep-1L. Data represented as means +/− SEM.
