(A) BALB/c mice received s.c. injection of 2×105 Her2/CT26 tumor cells expressing human Her-2/neu. Mice were treated with TSA or vehicle until tumor size reached 50-100 mm3 (size of the tumor was measured 3 times per week). Tumor growth was measured (*p<0.05, **p<0.01, Student's t-test; n=5 per group). (B) Four weeks after TSA administration, mice were sacrificed. Tumor tissue was isolated, and the weight of each tumor was measured (***p<0.001, Student's t-test; n=5 per group).
