Folate Receptor Alpha (FRα) Expression for Ovarian Cancer Cell Lines: Two ovarian cancer cell lines which are known to over-express FRα were tested for their FRα expression levels via flow cytometry compared to a lung cancer cell line which is known to express only basal levels of FRα.
