The selective CYP1B1 inhibitor TMS markedly decreases the expression levels of β-catenin and cyclin D1. (A) Chemical structure of TMS. (B) Western blot analyses. HeLa cells were treated with TMS (0, 1, 5, or 10 μM) for 48 hr. Cell lysates were isolated. Total protein was isolated and the protein expression levels of CYP1B1, β-catenin, and cyclin D1 were determined. β-Actin was used as an internal loading control.
