Effect of mitochondrial ROS on Lipin1 induction following hypoxia. (A) Measurement of mitochondrial ROS production. Huh7 cells were incubated under normoxic (21% O₂) or hypoxic (1% O₂) conditions for 6 hr. After staining with mito-SOX, the cells were harvested. Mitochondrial ROS production was determined using a fluorescence reader. Data are expressed as the means ± SE from at least three independent experiments; **p<0.01 compared to the control.
