Cell viability of lymphocytes from healthy donors seeded at 1 × 104 cells/well on 96-well plates, exposed to 50~2,000 ng/L xylene and then incubated for 6 hr. Absorbance representing the viability of the lymphocytes was determined by ELISA at 570 nm. Data presented as mean ± SD.
