Dose-response curve showing inhibition of DENV RNA production by SOF. The inhibitory effect of SOF on viral RNA levels was determined by qRT-PCR assay. Relative levels of viral RNA were calculated as a percentage of levels in untreated control cells. The data shown are from experiments run in duplicate. The mean of EC₅₀ values and standard deviation (SD) determined from the results of three independent experiments was 9.9 ± 1.2 µM.
