Cell viability assay of NP cells. 5×103/ml cells were seeded onto 96-well plates, and these cells were cultured with various concentrations of CY for 24 h after adherence. Then, we used CCK-8 to measure the cell viability of NP cells. CY had no effect in NP cells following 24 h treatment. Data are presented as the means ± SD. All data were obtained from at least three independent experiments.
