Gene expression changes in NP cells following CY treatment. (A-F) NP cells were treated with or without 1 µg/ml LPS and various concentrations of CY for 24 h. Then the gene expression of TNF-α, collagen II, aggrecan, ADAMTS-4, ADAMTS-5 and MMP-3 were measured by quantitative PCR. GAPDH was used as the internal control.
